Start a Return or Credit Memo Request

Please use the below form to submit requests for returns or credits.

Damage and shortage requests must be made within 10 calendar days of merchandise receipt to be considered for replacement or refund. All requests are subject to approval by Free People and not guarenteed. Returns will only be accepted with a written Return Authorization (RA) and RAs are valid for 30 days from the issued date. Returns sent without a valid RA will be refused.
